Ozark Supported Living LLC is a Home and Community based service delivery provider contracted and certified through the Department of Mental Health to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities.  We offer residential services (Individualized Supported Living or Host Home), respite, personal assistance and RN Consultant services.  We serve Butler, Carter, Dunklin, Ripley, Stoddard and Wayne Counties.

Our principle purpose is to support individuals with developmental disabilities with becoming part of their community and living the life they desire, while increasing their independence.  Our focus is helping individuals create or maintain relationships that provide them with choices & opportunities related to living, learning, working and interacting within their communities.
